We offer two distinct housing communities to meet the needs of Islanders.  Our residents report they are more involved in student organizations, more likely to use campus resources, have a higher GPA and more likely to graduate in 4 years than students who do not live on-campus!

Living Learning Communities (LLCs) or Themed Communities (TCs) are cohorts of students who share a common interest inside and outside the classroom. Any student who opts in to live in one of our themed communities will have the opportunity to engage with faculty and staff outside of the classroom. Please review the list below to see what theme community will suit your Islander Housing needs.

The Honors Program has taken over Port Hall!  Students who are members of the Honors Program can live together in this cozy hall.  Port Hall features mostly suite style residence hall rooms with a small number of private residence hall rooms.

The Grad Zone or Grad Corner is available at Momentum Village for current and incoming graduate and doctoral students.  Enjoy a quieter, more secluded space to study, research and work on projects in Building 8.

The Health Professions TC was created to allow students with pre-nursing and health science majors the opportunity to explore various topics within their filed while collaborating with students with common interest. Harbor Hall features mostly suite style residence hall rooms with a small number of private residence hall rooms.
